警察の暴虐と国家の弾圧に反対するオスカー・グラント委員会（ＯＧＣ）運営委員会は、星野文昭解放委員会と連帯します。
Besides fighting against police brutality
and murder an important component of our work is exposing and resisting police
frame-ups and judicial injustice. We are convinced that Hoshino's case is a
frame-up arising from his effective resistance against the United States' military occupation of Okinawa.
警察の暴虐と虐殺との闘いに加えて、警察のフレームアップと司法の不正義を暴露していることは、われわれの重要な任務です。われわれは、星野事件が、彼のアメリカの沖縄の軍事占領に対する有力な闘いに対してかけられたフレームアップであることを確信しています。

All of us, workers of the world, are
struggling against the same challenges―police repression; divide and conquer
policy using racism, national borders, and many kinds of discriminations; police
frame-ups and incarceration of political prisoners.
７月にサンフランシスコを訪問した際、私たちは、労働者階級は一つ、その闘いも一つだという確信を得ました。
Last July, workers in San Francisco and
Oakland warmly welcomed Hoshino Defense Committee delegation and greatly
strengthened our conviction: “the working class is one and the same and workers
struggle is also one and the same.”
